DNS Made Easy management believes that this over-complicates the ordering of enterprise services and causes hidden costs to affect the pricing of services. In order to receive maximum ROI for their clients DNS Made Easy has always permitted anyone to user their control panel and enterprise level services with an online trial.
“DNS Made Easy currently handles enterprise IP anycast traffic for over 20,000 different organizational accounts. This represents over 100,000 different users that will be using the new Control Panel 3.0 in the coming weeks,” stated David Miller, CTO of Tiggee, the creators of DNS Made Easy. “We want to give all of our users as much access as possible to become familiar with the new interface before it goes live. Customer experience with and feedback on the Control Panel 3.0 will allow us to improve user experience and make transition the new Control Panel seamless for our clients.”
The overall response from the DNS Made Easy clients suggests that the interface makes DNS management much faster and more intuitive than ever before. DNS Made Easy staff and management indicated they are confident they now supply the best interface in the industry for instant provisioning of DNS services. The new control panel will secure DNS Made Easy’s position as the fastest, most reliable DNS provider available based on both network infrastructure and now web/API management of DNS.
“Our analysis of client usage patterns in Control Panel 2.0 provided us the tasks that users complete most often using our interface. Control Panel 3.0 was designed to allow users to accurately and efficiently complete these tasks. All of our clients have known for years that DNS Made Easy offers the highest quality Enterprise IP Anycast DNS service in the world. Our uptime, speeds and reliability are unsurpassed in the industry,” stated Miller. “Now our clients are also telling us that new custom developed control panel is unmatched in the industry. The ease of use and quality of our user interface will now complement the quality of the backend infrastructure that we have always provided.”
The new control panel is expected to be fully integrated and available for use in production within the next month. Additional features available with the new system include advanced reporting, multiple user accounts, query usage graphs, a simplified and revamped purchasing system, bulk record modification wizards, an audit log, advanced import/export features, and myriad additional capabilities.
“Many competitors in the industry try to hide their control panels with NDAs before they can be seen. We wouldn’t use a service that we couldn’t test-drive, and we wouldn’t expect our customers to. DNS Made Easy does not try to hide our technology from competitors. We welcome our competitors to view and attempt to emulate our services, as we feel that strengthens the market and drives innovation,” stated Matt Nuss, VP of Engineering at Tiggee. “This is why DNS Made Easy has been the world leader in IP Anycast DNS for almost 10 years. Many competitors in the industry have adopted ideas from DNS Made Easy to expand their own offerings and increase awareness in the DNS space. Having to sign NDAs to just view a control panel increases the overhead of your services – marketing gets involved from step one. At DNS Made Easy we also strive to keep our costs low and increase our clients ROI, so why not open it up for the world to see?”
