DNS Made Easy creates a series to help their users around the world become more verbose in Internet technologies and gain insights on “best practices” for managing their Internet infrastructure.
DNS Made Easy (dnsmadeeasy.com), the leading IP Anycast managed DNS service provider, announced a new initiative to provide free educational webinars to customers. These scheduled webinars will help users around the world become more verbose in Internet technologies and gain insights on “best practices” for managing their Internet infrastructure.
“The demand for expertise in DNS and other Internet services is a growing trend across a broad range of our customer base. Increasing uptime and increasing company ROI are the two most popular reasons why companies use DNS Made Easy services. What we have routinely heard from our users is that they possess a desire to understand more deeply how to best utilize our service offerings to provide additional benefits to their hosting infrastructure. Our goal in offering these educational webinars is to increase customer knowledge of how the DNS Made Easy products can better work in concert with solid infrastructure design to increase their uptime,” said Steven Job, President of DNS Made Easy.
The educational webinars offered by DNS Made Easy will be scheduled for an hour in length and will allow attendees to ask questions related to the webinar topics. Many of the questions will be answered in real time to ensure that the attendees can gain immediate value from the session. The webinars will focus on one central topic for the duration of the hour and are based on topics suggested by DNS Made Easy users.
Notifications of upcoming webinars will be sent out to customers so they may reserve a spot and take advantage of this opportunity before sessions are filled. There is a limit of 1,000 participants per session and the sessions are anticipated to be in high demand.
DNS Made Easy has made a concerted effort make available their world leading DNS administrators and top level support engineers to host these sessions. These engineers have helped build DNS Made Easy into the fastest growing IP Anycast DNS provider on the planet. “The DNS Made Easy network has a proud 100% uptime history based on the efforts of the engineers that are hosting these sessions and we are making their expertise available to our customers in these sessions.” said Bryan Hughes, DNS Made Easy VP of System Engineering.
