We want our clients to be aware that we are in constant contact with all of our hosting facilities to ensure that all proper precautions are addressed before any storm hits. We also make sure that all of our facilities are tested and confirmed in terms of operations and preparedness of all emergency power systems.
We also want to remind our clients – and potential new customers – that we follow the best practices in the industry for failover and disaster recovery of all data.
Finally, we have alerted onsite staff, who are keeping a close eye on unfolding weather events, and added on-call staff, all of which are resources that can help us quickly address problems that might arise with the development of severe weather patterns.
