DNS Made Easy, the world leader in enterprise IP Anycast DNS services, announced the beginning of the beta program for their new web interface, Control Panel 3.0. Access to the beta interface kicked off with several widely attended webinars presenting the new interface and new features which it provides. To allow convenient attendance from the DNS Made Easy clients all around the world the webinars were scheduled at different times throughout the day. DNS Made Easy offers enterprise IP anycast DNS services to clients in 194 countries worldwide. The Beta release of Control Panel 3.0 is available to clients of DNS Made Easy so they can provide feedback on the new design and features before the final public release. Inviting and incorporating customer feedback into the development process allows DNS Made Easy to tailor their services to meet client requirements and continue to be the preferred choice to over-priced and underperforming alternatives in the enterprise IP anycast market.
Following the webinars clients were granted access to the Beta Control Panel so they could start viewing the new the new web interface. DNS Made Easy has already received hundreds of comments and feedback regarding their Control Panel 3.0. Company management claims that a large majority of the feedback showed that clients were impressed with the overall ease of use of the new system as well as with the new set of features that were introduced. All comments were collected and scored based on similar client interest for the final Control Panel 3.0 release or for future releases.
The first webinar was held for DNS Made Easy Corporate Members as many of the new features were built to handle corporate level requirements. In the following week additional webinars were held for the entire DNS Made Easy client base.
Many competing IP Anycast providers often require an NDA and / or a signed contract in order to view their control panel. DNS Made Easy management believes that this over-complicates the ordering of enterprise services and causes hidden costs to affect the pricing of services. In order to receive maximum ROI for their clients DNS Made Easy has always permitted anyone to user their control panel and enterprise level services with an online trial.

The new control panel is expected to be fully integrated and available for use in production within the next month.
