The new website offers a menu based interface to a range of tutorials. These tutorials cover topics from adding records into the DNS Made Easy system all the way to advanced DNS configurations such as the Global Traffic Director service. The new tutorials focus on the upcoming Control Panel 3.0 and are designed to guide clients through the new web interface with helpful interface screen shots, making DNS even easier to set up than ever before. Control Panel 3.0 is now in beta release to all DNS Made Easy customers.
In addition to the new tutorial website, the existing DNS Made Easy knowledgebase is also being redesigned to accommodate the new features available within Control Panel 3.0. Access to the help site and knowledge base are fully integrated into the Control Panel 3.0 interface.
Video based tutorials are a planned future enhancement to supplement both the knowledgebase and tutorial websites. The addition of video tutorials will clarify more complicated aspects of the new features available within the DNS Made Easy Control Panel 3.0 as well as showcase actual application of certain configurations for stable and optimized DNS management.
