DNS Made Easy, the world leader in enterprise IP Anycast DNS services, announced that their Q4 2011 network expansion plans are on-track and will be completed before year end. These network expansions are a part of DNS Made Easy’s 4th generation DNS network deployment. With the goal of speed, redundancy, and reliability, DNS made Easy is continuing to redefine the DNS industry with engineering ingenuity. This continuous strive to service perfection is one of the many reasons that clients make DNS Made Easy their preferred choice to over-priced and underperforming alternatives in the enterprise IP anycast market.
The network POPs that are scheduled for upgrades in Q4 2011 are Frankfurt, Germany, San Jose, California and Ashburn, Virginia. DNS Made Easy planned upgrades to these core network locations to add to their overall capacity, speed, and redundancy.
DNS Made Easy offers a unique solution compared too many of their competitors in DNS space in that they fully manage their networks themselves. This is in large contrast to other DNS service providers that will outsource a portion or all of their network services to other organizations. In order to keep services at the highest performing level and costs at the lowest possible price DNS Made Easy fully manages their collocation contracts, hardware purchases, and bandwidth contracts with their Tier 1 data providers.
The San Jose, California node is a new node to replace the legacy San Francisco, CA location in the coming months. The Frankfurt, Germany and Ashburn, Virginia nodes are existing nodes that are starting their first part of upgrades with new routing equipment, new servers, and new cross connects with their Tier 1 data providers.
DNS Made Easy has continually expanded and upgraded their network to increase the reliability, performance, and redundancy of their services. “Continual re-evaluation and re-design of a global network is crucial for any company that offers worldwide services,” explains Steven Job, President of DNS Made Easy. “Traffic demands and speed expectations of clients increase daily. At DNS Made Easy we have regularly looked to advance our network and service offering to remain the leader in the industry.”
